Reservation

Types of Reservations

You can make a reservation at Rosslyn Central Park Hotel Sofia by any of the following ways:

In case of individual reservations by e-mail or by telephone you need to send an inquiry to the following e-mail address: or to call telephone +359 2 805 8888, providing information about the guest’s name, period of stay, number of overnight stays, number of adults and children (age), and then you will be provided with a price offer for accommodation via e-mail or telephone.
The price offer is valid for 24 hours. Rosslyn Central Park Hotel Sofia reserves its right to change its prices and special offers depending on the demand and the vacant premises available as at the particular time

The inquiry about the offers is not a guaranty for room reservation. When confirming the offer Rosslyn Central Park Hotel Sofia should re-confirm the vacant premises and prices available as at the particular time and then you should receive a confirmation of the reservation at the e-mail stated by you. The confirmation will state the number and category of the premises booked, the number of guests (adults and children), arrival date, departure date as well as the amount due. We are asking you to make yourself familiar with the information stated in the confirmation after you receive it and to contact us if any of the parameters of the reservation need to be corrected.

Your reservation is deemed confirmed but NOT GUARANTEED yet.

In order to guarantee the reservation prepayment by bank transfer or on the spot, or making a credit/debit card available for the purpose of authorization for a period of 72 hours is required (unless otherwise explicitly agreed).

It is not until you receive/authorize the advance sum that the reservation will be confirmed and GUARANTEED. If the payment of the reservation is not made within 72 hours of its confirmation the hotel reserves its right to cancel the reservation.

You can make a payment of the reservation made by e-mail or telephone in the following 3 ways:

  • At the hotel’s reception desk in Bulgarian leva (BGN) in cash or by a credit/debit card* for reservations up to the amount of BGN 9.999.
  • by a credit/debit card* via your virtual POS terminal
  • by bank transfer by stating your name and reservation number as the ground for payment

*The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.

Online Reservation

You can make the reservation on your own via the online reservation system of our website by entering the following mandatory parameters: period of stay, number of adults and children (up to 11.99 years of age) and by choosing your desired available premise.
You can make a payment of an online reservation by two ways:
Payment via our virtual POS terminal by means of a credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro) and receipt of an instantaneous confirmation of a successful and GUARANTEED reservation.
Payment by bank transfer within 72 hours after the reservation is made as you should pay a deposit to an amount specified in the confirmation of your reservation. It is not until the required sum under the reservation is received that the reservation will be deemed GUARANTEED. If the payment of the reservation is not made within 72 hours of its confirmation the hotel reserves its right to cancel the reservation.

None of client’s desires stated in the additional box for remarks are binding but we will do our best to have them satisfied.

Reservation at the hotel’s reception desk

In case of an individual reservation at the hotel’s reception desk you need to provide information about the guest’s name, period of stay, number of overnight stays, number of adults and children (age), and then you will be provided with a price offer for accommodation. The accommodation offer in case of inquiries at the hotel’s reception desk could be made available on paper or sent by e-mail.
The price offer is valid for 24 hours. Rosslyn Central Park Hotel Sofia reserves its right to change its prices and special offers depending on the demand and the vacant premises available as at the particular time.

You can make a payment of the reservation made at the hotel’s reception desk in the following 3 ways:

  • At the hotel’s reception desk in Bulgarian leva (BGN) in cash or by a credit/debit card* for reservations up to the amount of BGN 9.999.
  • by a credit/debit card* via your virtual POS terminal
  • by bank transfer by stating your name and reservation number as the payment grounds

*The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.
In case of a reservation made at the hotel’s reception desk and check-in within the next 72 hours the payment must be made at the hotel’s reception desk or when checking in at the hotel.
In case a deposit is paid for more than one room the numbers of the reservations for the other premises and the guests’ names must be stated.
If you request that a company invoice be issued you need to send the company details in advance before the payment is made to the following e-mail address: or provide them at the hotel’s reception desk before making the payment.

Prices

All prices announced on the hotel’s website are in Bulgarian leva (BGN), inclusive of a 9-percent value added tax, a tourist tax and an insurance. The total sum due by the client under the reservation is calculated depending on the number of days, number of adults and children, number and category of the premises as well as the up-to-date price offer for the respective period.

Online Payments

Credit card accepted for online payments: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.
In case of online reservations after the conformation of your reservation and payment via a virtual POS terminal the BORICA payment page opens. The payment screen is located in BORIC’s 3-D Secure environment ensuring full protection of the data entered by the customer. You should enter the data from your card in this screen: card type, number, validity period, and CVV2/СVС2 code. In case of cards that require an additional 3-D authentication, in case you are registered in the authentication schemes Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, the authentication page of the issuing bank of your card opens where you enter your password for authentication.
In order that you can use your debit card for online payments you need to activate that service and receive a secret code which you should use in your online payments. You can do the activation at any automatic teller machine (ATM) within the BORICA network.

The hotel does not have access to the data from your card.
In case of a successful transaction a transaction note will be displayed on the screen. At the time of the online reservation the sum under your reservation will be automatically withdrawn from your card upon the completion of the online payment process via a virtual POS terminal. After the successful payment of the amount you will receive a confirmation, a number and parameters of your GUARANTEED reservation.

Payment by bank transfer

Payment on site at the hotel

You can make a payment of the reservation by bank transfer within 72 hours as from the time of registration of the request for reservation to the following bank accounts in Bulgarian leva (BGN):

All bank fees and costs related to the transfers are at your expense.
When you declare that you want to pay a reservation by bank transfer you have to write down your name and reservation number as the ground for payment. After a successful payment of the amount of the reservation you will receive an invoice for the advance payment.

Cancellation of Reservations

If you want to cancel your direct reservation you can do so by:

If you cancel your reservation not later than 2 days before the check-in date no penalty is owed. The deposit paid may be kept for future reservations or recovered to an account of the customer.
In case of cancellations received 1 day before check-in or in case that you do not show up a sum equivalent to the deposit paid under the reservation is deducted.
Recoveries of sums paid under cancelled reservations will be made within 15 to 30 working days in the manner in which the payment is received.
The sum of services not provided due to a shortened stay or an early check-out is not recovered.
In case of recovery of a sum paid all costs related to the transfer (bank fees and others) are at your expense.

Changes to Reservations

Any changes to reservations (change of names, change of dates, number of guests, type of premises) are accepted free of charge not later than 5 days before arrival depending on the available rooms and the valid price conditions as at the time of receipt of the request for change.
Any changes to reservations (change of names, change of dates, number of guests, type of premises) received less than 4 days before arrival are accepted depending on the available rooms and the valid price conditions as at the time of receipt of the request for change as no sums under the advance payment made are recovered.

Force Majeure

Rosslyn Central Park Hotel Sofia reserves its right to cancel a reservation in case of force majeure events and other reasons beyond the hotel-keeper’s control. In such cases the hotel-keeper:

  • offers accommodation for another period at the same conditions and prices.
  •  recovers the paid deposit within 30 (thirty) days as from the date of receipt of a written request for recovery from the reservation holder as no penalty is owed to the latter.

If the guest is unable to travel in case of force majeure events the same should notify the hotel not later than 5 days before check-in by providing written evidence of the force majeure reason. In such case the hotel must provide accommodation for another period.

General policies and conditions

Check-in

Check-in time at the hotel is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time on departure date is before 12:00 noon.
On departure day the parking of the hotel may be used until 12:00 noon. The price of a parking space per day is BGN 37.
If you want to you can extend your stay after 12:00 noon. To do so you need to make an inquiry a day earlier at the Reception Desk so that they can check if this is possible depending on the available rooms on departure day by applying the tariffs in force for the “late check-out” service.

As guests of the hotel you can have visitors in your room from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If the visitor remains in your room after 10:00 p.m. he/she must register by presenting a passport or an ID card. The hotel is not liable for any crimes related to non-registered visitors.

Additional Amenities

For minibar consumption an additional fee is charged which is not included in the price of the overnight stay.

A deposit amounting to BGN 50.00 per day is required upon check-in in the form of authorization of your credit card or in cash. The deposit will be recovered after check-out if there has been no consumption.

Smoking in the Hotel

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms as well as in all indoor public places in the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation with our smoking policy and we reserve our right to charge a cleaning fee of BGN 200 per each guest who violates that policy.

Pets

The hotel allows accommodation of small and medium-sized pet breeds up to 5 kg. Your dog must be vaccinated and dewormed, and must be at least 6 months of age. If you want to arrive with a pet you must notify the hotel at least 24 hours before your arrival. An additional fee of BGN 48 is charged per pet. No pets are allowed in the public areas, restaurants, bars, and conference rooms.

Lost Property

The hotel is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen property outside the safe provided in your hotel room.

In case any items forgotten by the guest are found the hotel immediately notifies the owner, if known. Forgotten items are kept at the hotel for 6 months as from the date when found. After the expiration of that period and if owner of the forgotten items is not found the hotel has the right to use, throw away or destroy such items.

Video Surveillance

The area of and around the hotel is watched over by video surveillance cameras (CCTV). All information is recorded, examined on digital medium, and stored. Video surveillance is carried out in order to ensure the guests’ safety and property as well as the hotel’s property. By signing the registration card upon check-in the guests take note of and agree to the use of a video surveillance system in the premises of the hotel (except for the rooms).

Damages to the property

The guests will be liable for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by them, their guests or any person the guests are responsible for. Any damages found after checkout, such as rooms with scattered garbage, in a complete mess and/or “destroyed”, will be subject to a deep cleaning charge amounting to EUR 200, and/or third parties’ fees, if necessary. Food preparation, lighting candles and any other type of flammable substances, having parties and noisy events are absolutely prohibited and are subject to an additional fee.

Working Hours

The hotel’s reception desk works around the clock (24/7). Hotel management reserves its right to make changes to the working hours of all dining establishments.

Personal Data

Your personal data are protected under the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and are used only by the reservation department of Rosslyn Central Park Hotel Sofia. Central Park Hotel Sofia OOD, VAT number BG204693995, ID number 204693995, represented by Gergana Georgieva, Petya Angelova, having its registered office at floor 3, 5 Slavyanska Street, city of Sofia, is the controller of personal data and is responsible for the compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679. Your personal data will not be made available to any third parties.

When you make a direct reservation at Rosslyn Central Park Hotel Sofia it is deemed that you have made yourself familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and consent to them.
